Olango Island | Barangay Tingo
The Olango Island Group is a group of islands found in the Central Visayas , and is part of the Cebu Province. Olango Island has 6 satellite islets named: Sulpa, Gilutongan, Nalusuan, Caohagan, Pangan-an and Camungi. Olango Island and it's islets has a total land area of approximately, 1,030 (2,500 acres). The island group is divided under the jurisdiction of the City of Lapu-Lapu and the Municipality of Cordova. It is 5 km or 3.1 miles east of Mactan Island. Olango Island was known as the major tourist destination in Cebu. Olango composes of 11 barangays or villages and that includes Barangay Tingo. This barangay looks like just a normal place but, little did you know that there is a beach hidden in this barangay which they called iAmSterdam Beach Resort.
